Why has Crazy John’s closed? show

This was the last stage of our move to one brand, Vodafone. Crazy John’s was purchased by Vodafone in 2008 and closed the Crazy John’s retail stores in February 2013. We stopped selling upgrades and closed our Prepaid services in August 2013, and finally closed the Crazy John’s brand altogether on 30 September 2014.

Can I re-activate my Crazy John’s service? show

Unfortunately not. Crazy John’s has now closed and we cannot re-activate any old Crazy John’s services.

I need my Crazy John'’s device unlocked show

Unlocking your Crazy John'’s device is easy, simply head to www.vodafone.com.au/unlock and follow the instructions.

I need my phone repaired show

Please visit your nearest Vodafone store and the staff there will organise for your mobile to be repaired. Don’t worry; we’ll honor your Crazy John’s 24 month repair warranty.
