We offer unique career opportunities for Vodafone employees. The Hands-Up program allows Vodafone staff to take 3 months off to work in the charity of their choice.

Together with the Foundation’s charity partners we look for ways for Vodafone customers to be part of making a sustainable impact too. For example, helping increase community awareness of the need to donate blood through an annual blood donation drive in partnership with the Australian Red Cross blood service.

Work with core partners to ensure the Vodafone Foundation is directing its resources into places where they can make a lasting difference. The Vodafone Foundation also aims to form strategic partnerships - not just handing over a cheque and walking away.
Ensure all initiatives align with the Foundation's three core objectives: community impact, people engagement and customer admiration
