Already have an Apple� iPhone� 3G or 3GS?

If you already have an Apple iPhone 3G or 3GS, you can now download the new iOS 4 software from iTunes v 9.2 today!

The software is free* from Apple. Simply follow the steps below, and you'll be on your way:

1. Ensure that your iPhone is connected to the computer via USB
2. Open iTunes (version 9.2)
3. Select iPhone
4. On the iPhone Summary tab, select Update

iPhone supports Video (FaceTime) Calling via Wi-Fi only. iPhone does not support Vodafone live! or downloadable content from third party premium SMS content providers. Other content accessed through iTunes store. All Vodafone services subject to local and overseas network availability and handset capabilities. All Vodafone services subject to device capabilities and network limitations and availability. 3G services are available in Vodafone's 3G areas - compatible device required. In metropolitan and some regional areas, Vodafone's 3G network operates on UMTS 2100Mhz. In smaller regional areas with Vodafone coverage, Vodafone's 3G network operates on UMTS 900Mhz. All 3G 900Mhz devices available from Vodafone are 2100Mhz compatible. However, not all 2100Mhz devices are 900Mhz compatible. Apple iPhone devices are 2100Mhz compatible but are not 900Mhz compatible. iPhone customers will experience GPRS (or Edge, where available) coverage in 3G 900Mhz areas.
