When it comes to mobile phone plans for business, one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why our new plans give you plenty of freedom. Enjoy a no lock-in contract when you sign up to a selected new Red Plan, and get a new phone on an interest free repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months. If you want to leave your plan, you can keep your phone – just pay what’s left. We also have Month to Month and 12 month SIM Only plans that offer loads of data and incredible value when you bring your own phone.

You’re able to share data on our phone plans with up to 10 services to create one pool of data to use in Australia. And to personalise your plan, get an Add-on for more data or international minutes each month.

Red Plan
For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223 & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, Call Screen and charges for additional data & additional standard international calls.

If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account (up to a maximum of 10) the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
Early exit fee = 50% of min monthly spend x months left on contract plus any handset payments.

Loyalty Discount
The Loyalty Discount listed above is available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Loyalty Discounts are subject to continual change. Once purchased, your Loyalty Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Loyalty Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.

In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/ GB ($0.01/MB). Services subject to device capabilities, network limitations & customer location.

Red Care
Get priority care from our Red Care team when you call 1555 from your mobile phone when in OZ. Your Red Care team will handle the bulk of your needs during operating hours, and may transfer to specialist teams where appropriate.

International Minutes
Global Minutes to Eligible Countries. Selected Countries and Global Minute Eligible Countries may change, see our international calls page for a list of current countries. Calls charged in pre minute increments. Customers will use Global Minute allocation first when calling Eligible Countries; once minute allowance depleted, further calls to Eligible Countries will be deducted from any remaining Standard International Minute allowance. Fair Use Policy applies.

If you exhaust your Standard International Minutes to Selected Countries allowance or Global Minutes to Eligible Countries allowance, or if you make a standard voice call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates - these rates are subject to change, see our international calls page for current rates.

$5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list at our international global roaming page. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. Excludes Vodafone to Vodafone minutes for non-Red Plan customers. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Full details on our international global roaming page. $5 Roaming in NZ

FaceTime
Uses Data. Both users need the FaceTime app and a compatible device.

4G Device
Vodafone 4G is available in selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong and Hobart. 4G is available to customers with a 4G device and an active prepaid recharge or Postpaid account with Vodafone Alerts and a 4G device. 4G Cat 4 capability
Cat 4 is our fastest device for our 4G network. 4G is available to customers with a 4G device and either a 4G plan or a Data Add-on applied to any plan with Vodafone Alerts. You’ll find our 4G in selected cities around Australia. Use our network coverage checker here to find out where 4G is available. Speeds depend on location and use.

Included Data
In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/GB ($0.01/MB). Any unused Additional Data will be rolled over for one billing month. After this it will expire. Included Data does not rollover. Bonus 5GB data for the first month
Personal use only. 5GB bonus data available until 17/10/2018 for new and upgrading customers signing up to a Red Plan, 12 Month SIM Only Plan or 24 month Red Business Plan (excludes $10 Red Wearable Plan, Business Flex & rate plan changes) (‘Starter Data’). Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Qantas Points for Business
Available to Qantas Business Rewards (QBR) Members who sign up or upgrade to a $50, $60 or $80 Red Global or 12 Month SIM Only Global Plan, or an $80 or $100 Red Business 24 Month Plan (“Eligible Plan”). Qantas Points for Business are subject to the QBR terms and conditions page here. A business’ ABN must be provided to Vodafone in the applicable online form when signing up or within 60 days of sign-up or points will be forfeited. QBR membership account and Vodafone account must use the same ABN to be eligible to earn points. Points will be credited within 30 days of form submission. Points will be earned once only during term. Bonus points only available when members signs up to an Eligible Plan online. Free 2 month subscription
ABN required. Only available via vodafone.com.au/businessapps. 60 day free subscription period (‘Free Subscription’) commences on day Norton Small Business or GoDaddy account (independently, ‘Account’) is created. Limit of one Free Subscription per Account and one Account per ABN. Data charges for each Account will still apply. Norton Free Subscription only available for 5 device package; package can be changed following Free Subscription and commencement of paid subscription. At the end of the Norton Free Subscription, you will be automatically charged a recurring monthly service fee of $10.83 for the 5 device package unless you cancel before the Free Subscription ends or change device package. During the Discount Period, min monthly spend is $36 (for the $40 plan). At the conclusion of the Discount Period, min monthly spend is undiscounted plan access fee (‘Undiscounted Plan Cost’).
