Am I ready to Unite?
- I am authorised to bring my business landline number to my Vodafone account
- I have checked that my business landline number is NOT attached to a DSL, ADSL, FAX, EFTPOS or any other internet or security service
- I realise that a number transfer (or port) can take up to 10 days to be scheduled and during porting the outage may be as long as 2 hours (though typically the outage will be about 20 minutes). During this outage I will not be able to make or receive calls
- I accept that if I relocate, I can keep my landline number, but if my new address is not in the same telephone charging zone I may not be able to transfer (or port) that number back to a physical landline
- I have confirmed that the landline number I wish to use is within a Call Collection Area in one of the metropolitan or major regional areas listed in the terms and conditions.

1: Available to existing Vodafone business customers with up to 10 employees who are connected to a Vodafone Infinite Business Plan or Vodafone Single Business Cap. Monthly charge is $28 per landline number on the Vodafone Unite service. Minimum contract term is 12 months. Early exit fee is $28 x remaining months left on your Vodafone Unite contract. Charges for voice and other services connected to your Vodafone account are additional. To use Vodafone Unite you must port an existing landline number to Vodafone or have a new number issued to you. Important limitations and timings apply to the porting and issuing of numbers, see vodafone.com.au/unite for details. If your existing landline supports non-voice services including fax and internet services these may be lost on porting, check with your service provider. Vodafone Unite does not provide a physical landline and once your landline number is paired with your Vodafone mobile all calls to your landline number will be received on your mobile. 2: 1 month expiry for all inclusions and for use in Australia only. Not for commercial or resale purposes. Infinite calls excludes 13/1800 numbers, Re-routed calls and calls to National (1223) and International (1225) Directory Assistance and some other call types.
