Paper bills are a thing of the past

Vodafone bills for personal customers have gone paperless. Instead of receiving a paper bill each month you can view and pay your bill at myvodafone.com.au or you can have your bill emailed to you.



Alternatively, if you want to pay your monthly bill on the phone then call Lara on 15552 and tell her you want to "Pay my bill".

Handy hint: You can ask Lara for an account balance first so you're paying the right amount.

You can also call our Bill Payments line on 1300 650 1453 if you are dialling from another line and just follow the prompts.

Prepaid customers can call 1511 to recharge with a voucher you've purchased or by using a pre-registered credit card. For details on where to purchase a recharge voucher, click here.
