Online Billing Options

Vodafone has two easy to use online billing options:

  1. Email Bill sent straight to your Inbox; or
  2. My Vodafone online billing

Email Bill

Email Bill provides a pdf copy of your monthly bill directly to your Inbox. You can view and pay your bill online, straight away. Simply open your Email Bill to view and click on the 'Pay Now' button to pay online. It's simple and hassle free. Email Bill helps you:

  • Save time - you can do your billing online, anytime
  • Be kind to the environment - save trees by reducing paper used for print bills
  • Save space - Email Bill puts an end to the clutter of paper bills and let's you store your bills electronically

My Vodafone

My Vodafone is your one-stop shop for Vodafone services that lets you view and pay your bill online. Once you've registered, simply log on and select 'My Account' to view or pay (we will send you a TXT telling you that your bill is ready). Payment is quick and easy. Plus My Vodafone lets you manage your account online anytime - check your balance, change your details, manage your handset and more.

How do I Register?

Follow the steps below to register for online billing:

Register for Email Bill

Register for My Vodafone          

  • Go to vodafone.com.au/emailbill
  • Enter you mobile number and Customer Number (you can find this at the top right of your bill)
  • Enter your email address
  • View your Email Bill from your Inbox and pay online by clicking 'Pay Now'

 

 
  • Go to myvodafone.com.au
  • Select ‘Register for My Vodafone’
  • Manage your account by going to myvodafone.com.au
  • Enter your username (i.e. your mobile number) and password
  • Select ‘My Account’ to view and pay your bill online
