Introduction

Your Pocket WiFi™ Router sends out a WiFi signal so that you can connect to the Internet without the need for wires. Your Pocket WiFi™ links multiple WiFi enabled devices at any one time, for example your laptop, Apple® iPod touch, Apple® iPad or Nintendo DSi.

How many people or devices can share my connection at any one time?

Up to five devices can be connected. With increased users and high data downloading (i.e. streaming music) the speed may be slower.

Does Pocket WiFiTM work on Mac, Linux or Windows 7 computers?

Yes, Pocket WiFiTM with most WiFi enabled devices. The dashboard is browser based so works with any operating system.

Terms and conditions

Check for PocketWiFi compatibility with the devices you intend to use it with before you buy. Device can operate with a maximum of 5 compatible WiFi enabled devices at ay one time. Unlocking fee applies. Broadband Availability: Broadband speeds are available in Vodafone’s 3G Mobile Broadband Zone. Slower speeds can be expected outside Vodafone’s 3G Mobile Broadband Zone. High bandwidth applications, such as video and music streaming, and full track downloads, only available in Vodafone's 3G Mobile Broadband Zone. Introduction

The Vodafone WiFi Sharing Dock is an accessory for your Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Stick, and allows several WLAN-enabled devices (for example PCs, mobile gaming devices, digital music players) to share a secure mobile internet connection. The Sharing Dock allows you to position your USB Stick for best mobile coverage, and then shares this coverage between devices via WLAN.

The Sharing Dock can be used with many Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Sticks. For an up-to-date list of the currently supported Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Sticks please visit the Vodafone global support site http://support.vodafone.com/sharingdock.

System requirements

To use the Vodafone WiFi Sharing Dock you need a Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Stick, a device with WLAN capability (supporting WiFi 802.11 b/g/n) and an internet browser.

Many Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Modems / Sticks are supported by the WiFi Sharing Dock, such as the E160, E172, E220, E272, K3520, K3520-Z, K3565, K3565-Z, K3571-Z, K3715, K3760, K3765, K3765-Z, K3771, K4505, K4505-Z, K4511, MC950D. Additional devices are being added, so for an up-to-date list of the currently supported Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Sticks please check the Vodafone global support site http://support.vodafone.com/sharingdock.
