My Vodafone show

My Vodafone puts you in complete control to manage your account and mobile settings. Once you've registered, it's quick and convenient to access your invoices, account balance and view your call details.

My Vodafone on your mobile show

On the go, we believe you should be able to use your mobile to manage your account.

Access My Vodafone on your mobile by:
• Loading Vodafone Central and select the My Vodafone tab
• If using a Smart phone or Wi-Fi connection, just enter the following web address: m.myvodafone.com.au and enter your login details

iPhone users can also access My Vodafone on mobile by entering the following address: i.vodafone.com.au and select the My Vodafone tab

View and pay your bill show

Viewing your bill is quick and easy. Simply log into My Vodafone and you can view up to 13 months of invoices and also pay your invoice.

Just want to pay your bill?
Pay online or dial 1300 650 145 to make a payment. It's that simple. Alternatively if you would like to set up direct debit, just log into My Vodafone to set up your direct debit options.

Checking your account balance show

It's easy to keep track of your account balance and entitlements. Just choose one of the options below that suits you.

  • Send a blank TXT message to 1555 or 1512 (We'll TXT you back with your balance)
  • Call 1512 (you will hear you balance)

Unbilled call details show

My Vodafone allows you to view your unbilled call details such as national calls, diversions and data usage. Just choose one of the options below that suits you to view your unbilled calls.

Manage mobile settings (including PUK) show

Set your diversions (including Voicemail) and view your settings using My Phone Setup on My Vodafone.

Set up diversions by:

  • Login to My Vodafone online. Just select My Phone Setup and diversions and you can set the diversions you require

View your mobile settings (including PUK) by:

  • Login to My Vodafone online. Just select My Phone Setup and Settings Summary

Note: If your phone is asking for the PUK code and you are not already registered for My Vodafone you will need to contact Vodafone Customer Care on 1300 650 410 to obtain your PUK code information.

Manage your roaming settings show

Activating and deactivating your roaming is easy with My Vodafone. Just choose one of the options below to manage your roaming settings.

  • Login to My Vodafone online and select Manage Roaming Settings
  • Load My Vodafone on your mobile and make the changes at your finger tips

Note: You will be prompted for your Enquiry PIN when changing your roaming settings.
