Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Personal use only. Business customers must have an ABN/ACN. Discount available to existing post-pay customers who have an existing $45/ $60+ service with Vodafone and add as a second service of equal or lesser value being a new $45 or $60 month-to-month, 12 month or 24 month standard or SIM Only Mobile Broadband plans (excludes rate plan change). Discount is applied months 1-24 if you remain continuously connected (‘Discount Period’). Applied within 7 days as a recurring monthly credit and forfeited if you cancel. During the Discount Period, min monthly spend is $40.50, $54 (for the $45 &$ 60 plans respectively) plus applicable device costs. At the conclusion of the Discount Period, min monthly spend is undiscounted plan fee (‘Undiscounted Plan Cost’) plus applicable device costs. For 12 and 24 month plans, early exit fee = 50% of Undiscounted Plan Cost x months left on contract plus applicable device cost. For month-to-month plans, must connect for minimum one month.
