Paper bills are a thing of the past
In 2008 Vodafone bills for our non-business customers went paperless. Over 50% of our consumer customers are now receiving their bills electronically. Paperless billing for our business customers is coming soon.
The new email bill saves our customers time and space and help our business to reduce resource use, potentially saving up to 60 million pieces of paper per year.
