In January 2008, we launched Parental Lock in response to parents’ concerns about their children accessing inappropriate content on their mobile phones. Parental Lock blocks access to restricted content in Pics & Clips, Mobile TV, Music Store and Games, plus all of our Chat services. 

We strive to offer straight-up information for our products and services and are committed to helping our customers manage ‘bill shock’ and the risk that they may not be able to pay their bills on time. We are always working on new initiatives to help our customers avoid unexpected overspending including prepaid and cap plan options, establishing voluntary credit limits and enhanced billing to make overdue amounts more visible.
