Our responsible marketing approach is focused on respecting our customers and tailoring our communication to their needs. We restrict the number of times we contact our customers and ask how they prefer to be contacted. Our customers also have the opportunity to opt in or opt out of receiving communication from us.
Our global Responsible Marketing Guidelines were updated in 2008 and set out standards for all Vodafone marketing and joint marketing with other brands. They cover advertising, direct marketing, point-of-sale material and also third party mobile advertising on the Vodafone network.
