Price Plans

Choosing your Vodafone price plan determines how much you pay for your calls and what additional benefits are included with your regular monthly charge. We offer a variety of price plans with optional payment methods (Contract, SIM Only or Prepaid).

How does it work?

There are three different ways of paying for your mobile phone usage: Contract, SIM Only and Prepaid.

Contract

Whether you are a moderate mobile user or a big one, with one of our 12 or 24 month Contract Caps you can get a hot new handset for free or at a big discount from our great range. And we've got exciting bonuses such as such as Unlimited* Free Weekends to other Vodafone mobiles within Australia on all Contract Caps. *Fair use policy applies.

SIM Only

We also have a new SIM only offer for customers who would rather keep their current handset. The new SIM only Caps are 6 month contracts offering huge credit for a great price with exciting bonuses.

Prepaid

Alternatively if you want to get incredible value, flexible credit and to stay in charge of your mobile spend, choose one of our Prepaid Flexi Caps or Recharge offers. If you are an occasional user or just keep your Prepaid mobile for emergency use, it's important that you remember to make a call at least every 6 months to keep your account active.

How do I get it?

If you're already connected to Vodafone, you can change to a different Cap by calling the customer service number on your monthly bill. If you're a Prepaid customer, simply change to the Flexi Cap or Recharge Offer that suits you best when you next recharge. Just remember to recharge within your expiry period.

If you've not yet connected to Vodafone, your local Vodafone store will be happy to help. In addition, you can buy online or over the phone by calling 1300 650 410. (Calls are charged at your telephone provider's published rates).
