Services in brief

Vodafone Voicemail

Vodafone Voicemail is a straightforward answering service for your mobile phone. If someone calls and you don't answer — even if your mobile is switched off — Voicemail will record a message and then lets you know. Simply call 121 to start using the service. There's no extra monthly charge for using it; you just pay for the call when you're listening to messages or setting the service up.

Email services

Email is an increasingly popular way of keeping in touch, whether you're using it for business or for pleasure. In addition to the Vodafone Mail service, we offer a number of different ways for you to keep in touch with your electronic messages.

A BlackBerry® is a handheld device with a small built–in keyboard, making it easy for you to send and receive email messages. Your BlackBerry® will tell you whenever a new message arrives, so there's no need to keep checking. It can even be used for standard phone calls, for text messages and for the mobile internet.

Alternatively, if you prefer using a laptop computer, the Vodafone Mobile Broadband (within our 3G broadband areas) or Vodafone Mobile Internet (within our GPRS areas)* will give you a completely wireless connection to the internet. Once it's installed, it's easy to connect to the web and your email account using Vodafone's high–speed 3G broadband (HSDPA) or GPRS networks*.
