What services should I look at?
Vodafone Voicemail
Vodafone Voicemail is an answering service for your mobile phone. If someone calls and you don't answer — even if your mobile is switched off — Voicemail takes a message and lets you know. Simply call 121 to start using the service. There's no extra monthly charge for using it, you just pay for the phone call when you're listening to messages and setting the service up.
1223 Directory Assistance
Directory Assistance is available from your Vodafone mobile if you're unable to use a phonebook. Call our regular Directory Assistance service on 1223. They'll TXT or read you the number you need and can connect you so you don't have to hang up and dial again. The connection facility is available for Australian numbers only.
123 'Ask us anything'
Dial 123 to ask us anything you need to know and we do everything we can to help you. We do the finding then we send you the phone number, the address and even the directions, via TXT to your mobile. Or we can even stay on the line and guide you till you get there.
Calls to 123 are a premium service and the cost will vary depending on your plan. The connection facility is available for Australian numbers only. Click here for more information.
