Induction for network sites

Who needs to do this induction?
The Vodafone Induction Course for Contractors is designed to provide H&S information to all contractor staff working in or on network infrastructure (eg. MTX, BTS sites). This course can be viewed on-line.

Note: Contractor staff will only be able to register and complete the course if the company they work for has been entered into the Induction Registration system by a representative of Vodafone, or a representative of the partner that engaged your company on behalf of Vodafone (= the “engaging partner”).

How do I access the course?
Click here to access the Vodafone General Induction Course for Contractors.

Once your company details have been entered to our system, you can register your personal details (including training qualifications) into the Vodafone Contractor Accreditation database.

Note: This database will be used by security on site to validate that you have successfully completed the induction course, and that you possess the necessary qualifications relating to the work you are undertaking on site (i.e. work at heights, tower rescue, scaffolder, elevated work platform etc).  Contractors must maintain and provide upon request, records to verify that all employees and sub-contractors performing works or services on behalf of Vodafone have successfully completed the “induction” course.

Once you have successfully registered, you can select the Induction Course and attempt the assessment.
Note: Do not attempt the assessment until you have viewed the Induction Course, as failed attempts are tracked.

Therefore, All contractor staff working in or on network infrastructure (eg. MTX, BTS sites etc) must successfully complete:

  • The “Vodafone General Induction Course for Contractors” - please contact your Partner Relationship Manager for further information; and
  • Site specific induction/instruction as required by the Facility Manager/s for sites under their control (Five D/CCA).
