Site specific induction

Who needs to do this induction?

All personnel (including contractors) must be provided with a site specific induction. 

The site specific induction must include the following:

• Evacuation procedures (including Mustering Area)
• Location of fire services
• Location of first aid equipment
• Specific hazards associated with working on the site (i.e. CO2 systems, RF hazards etc) where applicable
• Key contact persons (i.e. wardens, first aider etc) where applicable

All contractor/temporary staff engaged to work in a Vodafone controlled facility (i.e. office or call centre) must be provided with a site specific induction by the relevant Manager/Team Leader.   

How do I access the course?

Site specific induction material will be made available to contractors for inclusion in their induction processes by Vodafone’s Facilities Management Partner – Five D. This material will be updated on an as needs basis subject to site changes.
