How does Vodafone monitor H&S performance?

Throughout the course of the project/contract, the Contract Management team may undertake periodic reviews of the contractor’s performance or compliance with relevant OH&S provisions.

Depending on the scope of works and the contract conditions, Vodafone may monitor contractor H&S performance a number of ways, including:

  • Periodic reviews of H&S statistics;
  • On-site inspections;
  • Compliance Audits (using the contractor’s OH&S plan, relevant OH&S legislation, Vodafone’s OH&S policies/procedures, the service agreement or similar documentation as the criteria); &
  • Other contract specific measures.

The method and frequency of monitoring  partner OH&S performance:

  • Considers potential OH&S risk factors associated with the activity; and
  • Is determined by the Vodafone Contract Management team (or the nominated partner Relationship Manager) in consultation with Vodafone’s H&S Management Team

What H&S data do I need to report?

H&S performance data is generally reported monthly to either the Engaging Partner, the Vodafone Relationship Manager or the Vodafone H&S team.
