What if I fail to conform with H&S requirements?

Where a VF Partner/Contractor (or Subcontractor) fails to conform to the H&S performance criteria for a given project/contract, the VF Management Team are required to take reasonable steps to ensure that performance  is improved to a satisfactory level.

The method used to promote compliance shall be consistent with Vodafone’s Corporate Project Office procedures for non-conformance and may include (depending on the nature of the non-conformance):

• A formal/written directive to the Contractor identifying the nature of the non-conformance and the proposed remedial action required to comply; and
• If necessary, deduct from the Contractor’s claims for payment a reasonable assessment of the cost to correct the breach, or terminate the contract.
