Financial Hardship

Vodafone is committed to giving consideration and assistance to customers who are experiencing financial hardship. One way in which Vodafone endeavours to assist eligible customers is by enabling them to pay their account over time while maintaining an agreed amount of ongoing access to Vodafone services wherever possible.

Financial hardship involves an inability, rather than unwillingness, to pay Vodafone invoices when they fall due. Financial hardship can result from a number of unforeseen factors including loss of employment, family breakdown, illness or death of a family member and involves a temporary increase in financial commitments.
