Vodafone Standard Form of Agreement

The Vodafone standard form of agreement (SFOA) is a pre-set contract which sets out the standard terms and conditions for the supply of Vodafone's mobile telecommunications service and the use of the service by you. When you connect to a Vodafone service, the SFOA will apply to you unless you have signed a corporate or business contract with Vodafone.

To assist customers in understanding the SFOA, Vodafone provides customers with a concise, plain English summary of the SFOA (Summary SFOA). The Summary SFOA is provided to customers when they first connect to Vodafone or shortly after, and can be downloaded from this website.
