Vodafone's standard forms of agreement (SFOA) are pre-set contracts which set out the standard terms and conditions for the supply of Vodafone's mobile telecommunications service and the use of the service by you. When you connect to a Vodafone service, one of the SFOAs will apply to you unless you have signed a corporate or business contract with Vodafone.
Please note that there is a different SFOA depending on when your agreement with Vodafone commenced:
If your agreement with Vodafone commenced or was renewed on or after 1 July 2010, then the SFOA called "Standard Terms for the Supply of the Vodafone Mobile Telecommunications Service - Customers commencing/renewing on or after 1 July 2010" applies to you.
If your agreement with Vodafone commenced or was renewed before 1 July 2010, then the SFOA called "Standard Agreement for the Supply of the Vodafone Mobile Telecommunications Service - Customers commencing/renewing before 1 July 2010" applies to you.
To assist customers in understanding the SFOAs, Vodafone provides customers with a concise, plain English summary of the SFOA (Summary SFOA). The Summary SFOA is provided to customers when they first connect to Vodafone or shortly after, and can be downloaded from this website. If you require a copy of the Summary SFOA in another language or in Braille, please Contact Us with your contact details or call Customer Care from your mobile on 1555.
Please see below for links to the SFOAs and Summary SFOAs, and details of earlier variations made to the SFOA.
Please note: Section 4, Part 2 (Prepay Plans from 2004 onwards) of the SFOA will be amended on 31/03/2010 to read “$2 per MB (charged per KB) (excluding Vodafone live! and Vodafone live! chat). You need a minimum balance of $4.00 to initiate a browsing session but will only be charged for your actual usage".
