In the event you're not satisfied with your network experience, here's some information on what to do:
Call our Customer Care team on 1300 55 11 98 within 30 days of you commencing your contract.
If we can't resolve your concerns we'll start your claim and send you an email confirming the authorisation of your contract cancellation. We'll also let you know of the nearest Vodafone retail store where you will need to return your phone or modem within 10 business days of making the claim.
Remember to bring along the packaging and equipment it came with, along with your purchase receipt.
If you're transferring your number to another carrier your contract will be cancelled from the date you have both returned your phone or modem (and all packaging/equipment) and you have successfully transferred your number.
If you're not transferring your number, cancellation will take effect after your phone or modem and all packaging/equipment has been returned.
