Parental Lock

To protect children from 18+ content, we've introduced a Parental Lock, so all content rated MA15+ or R18+ is automatically locked.

Parental Lock blocks access to restricted content in Pics & Clips, Mobile TV, Music Store and Games, plus all of our Chat services.

How do I unlock my account?

Click here to unlock online right now.

You can also unlock Parental Lock

  • Through Vodafone live!
  • In any Vodafone store
  • Calling Vodafone Customer Care on 1555

You’ll need to

  • Provide your account password
  • Confirm you’re 18 or over; and
  • Provide credit card details ($1 will then be charged to your card and immediately refunded) or photo ID if you're unlocking in store

How will I know when Parental Lock has been unlocked?

  • You will be sent a TXT message to confirm
  • $1 will be immediately charged and refunded to your credit card and will appear on your credit card statement
