Netbook

Contract Mobile Broadband
(b) Offers are subject to change and available while stocks last. Mobile Broadband available to credit approved customers who commit for a minimum contract period of 24 months. Minimum monthly spend: $24.95 - $19.95 plus $5 for the USB Internet Stick or the Data Card (1GB); $34.95 - $29.95 plus $5 for the USB Internet Stick or the Data Card (3GB); $39.95 (5GB); $49.95 (7GB). Minimum spend over 24 months: $598.80 (1GB); $838.80 (3GB); 958.80 (5GB); $1,198.80 (7GB). Early Exit Fee applies if not connected for 24 months. Early Exit Fee is $20 - $15 plus $5 for USB Internet Stick or Data Card modem (1GB); $20 - $15 plus $5 for USB Internet Stick or Data Card modem (3GB); $25 (5GB); $30 (7GB) x months remaining on contract.
(c) If you move down from the $29.95 Mobile Broadband plan to the $19.95 Mobile Broadband plan you will incur a charge of $5 x number of months remaining on the original plan; if you move down from the $39.95 Mobile Broadband plan to the $19.95 Mobile Broadband plan you will incur a charge of $10 x number of months remaining on the original plan; if you move down from the $39.95 Mobile Broadband plan to the $29.95 Mobile Broadband plan you will incur a charge of $5 x number of months remaining on the original plan; if you move down from the $49.95 Mobile Broadband plan to the $19.95 Mobile Broadband plan you will incur a charge of $15 x number of months remaining on the original plan; if you move down from the $49.95 Mobile Broadband plan to the $29.95 Mobile Broadband plan you will incur a charge of $10 x number of months remaining on the original plan; if you move down from the $49.95 Mobile Broadband plan to the $39.95 Mobile Broadband plan you will incur a charge of $5 x number of months remaining on the original plan. Any unused included data from the original plan is forfeited. There is no additional charge for upgrading from a lower monthly fee to a higher monthly fee plan. You must accept the terms and conditions of the new plan (including any applicable Early Exit Fee).
(d) Unused Included Data expires each month. Included data awarded with the Mobile Broadband plan only includes data accessed through a Vodafone Mobile Connect Card, a Vodafone approved USB modem or Vodafone approved mobile phone when used as a modem only and for use in Australia only. Data usage exceeding your monthly allowance is charged at 10c per MB.

(e) Mobile Broadband charges are in addition to any additional handset / device repayments (if applicable), any payments in relation to voice plans (if applicable), additional or excluded call or service costs and any costs for excluded data usage.

(g) Monthly access fees are payable for each full monthly billing cycle in advance and are non-refundable. All other charges are billed at the end of the monthly billing cycle in arrears. If Mobile Broadband is added or removed mid billing cycle, the monthly access fee and bundle discount will be pro-rated. Paperless billing applies.
(h) All prices include GST. Actual charges may vary on statement as each charge is rounded up to nearest cent before GST is included.
(j) The following call and service types are not included in the data awarded with your Mobile Broadband plan and will be charged in addition to the minimum monthly spend: all voice and video calls; all TXT, PXT®, VPN calls; voicemail; 123-Ask us anything; 1223-Directory Assistance; national roaming, Vodafone live!; STK, IVR & web services content purchases; Vodafone World and Vodafone Traveller - international roaming; call screen and call control.
(i) When using Data Services, some internet and web sites and services and some email services may not be accessible.
(j) You can change plans by calling 1555 from your mobile or 1300 650410. A change must be requested at least one day before the next billing period and will apply from the next billing period. Only one change in Mobile Broadband plan is permitted per billing cycle.
Prepaid Mobile Broadband
(a) Starter pack includes USM Modem and SIM card, 15 SMS and 1GB of data. Recharge costs additional.

(c) Credit expires after 30 days on the $19, $29 and $49 recharges, 180 days on the $100 recharge and after 365 days on the $150 recharge unless you recharge in those respective times.
(d) Included data for use in Australia only on Vodafone’s GPRS and 3G networks.
(e) Your account must be recharged within 30 days of connection or last recharge, otherwise any unused data will be forfeited. You can continue to accumulate up to 12GB of data, at any one time, provided you recharge your account within your current expiry period. If you recharge over 12GB of data, you will forfeit any data over the 12GB limit. (g) Usage is calculated in per MB increments. The Vodafone Mobile Connect software (dashboard) used to check data usage will only show approximate usage.
