Redemption Terms and Conditions - Bonus Bank

We will be offering Double Bonus Bank Dollars on all eligible recharges for existing customers for the month of December.

Any Bonus Bank dollars you have left at the end of December will be lost when the program shuts down, and you won't be eligible for a refund or credit. To redeem go to vodafone.com.au/bbmobiles.

These Redemption Terms and Conditions set out how existing Bonus Bank members can redeem their Bonus Bank Dollars.

How do I receive Bonus Bank Dollars?

1. If you are a Bonus Bank member, you will accrue Bonus Bank Dollars for recharges of your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product until 31st December 2011 (excludes recharges on the Extras and Add-On Prepaid Products).
2. Bonus Bank Dollars are a form of credit additional to, and separate from, other forms of credit associated with your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product. Bonus Bank Dollars can only be used for the purposes described in the section below titled "What can I use my Bonus Bank Dollars for?". Bonus Bank Dollars cannot be transferred to any other person. Bonus Bank Dollars are named and expressed as dollars for convenience only. Bonus Bank Dollars is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
3. Bonus Bank Dollars have no value except as authorised by Vodafone. Bonus Bank Dollars may be revalued or cancelled by Vodafone at any time.
4. Bonus Bank members will automatically receive Bonus Bank Dollars each time you recharge your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product until 31st December 2011. However, if you do not recharge your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product within 90 days from your previous recharge (or such other time period as Vodafone determines from time to time), your entire Bonus Bank Dollars Balance will be forfeited, and your Bonus Bank Dollars Balance will be set to zero Bonus Bank Dollars.
5. The quantity of Bonus Bank Dollars you receive on each recharge of your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product will be 10% of the value of the recharge (or such other amount as Vodafone determines from time to time).

What can I use Bonus Bank Dollars for?

1. You can use Bonus Bank Dollars to exchange for such goods and/or services as Vodafone makes available under the Vodafone Bonus Bank loyalty scheme from time to time. Available goods may include mobile handsets nominated by Vodafone.
2. Vodafone may publish a list of all goods and/or services that you may exchange for Bonus Bank Dollars at the website www.vodafone.com.au/bonusbank. Vodafone may also publish this list of goods and services at any other website, or by any other means.
3. Vodafone may change the list of available goods and/or services (including by removing goods and/or services from the list) at any time, at its discretion.

How and when can I use my Bonus Bank Dollars?

1. You may only exchange your Bonus Bank Dollars for goods and/or services made available by Vodafone if:
   1. you redeem your Bonus Bank Dollars on or before 31st December 2011
   2. your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product is within the credit expiry period of your last recharge
   3. at least 90 days have passed since you told Vodafone that you register for the Vodafone Bonus Bank;
   4. you have at least 10 Bonus Bank Dollars in your Bonus Bank; and
   5. you have complied with any other conditions specified by Vodafone.
2. You may exchange some or all of your Bonus Bank Dollars for goods and/or services made available by Vodafone by following the procedure specified by Vodafone at the website www.vodafone.com.au/bonusbank.
3. The Bonus Bank Dollars exchange value for goods and/or services specified by Vodafone at the website www.vodafone.com.au/bonusbank is non-negotiable and cannot be reduced by any advertised discount or other general price adjustment promoted by Vodafone. The Bonus Bank Dollars exchange value for some or all goods and/or services may be changed by Vodafone at any time.
4. Where handsets are made available for customers to purchase with Bonus Bank dollars, you may purchase a maximum of 2 handsets per calendar month using Bonus Bank dollars as either whole or partial payment.
5. Vodafone may set the Bonus Bank Dollars exchange value for goods and/or services at any amount, and without reference to market prices for such goods and/or services, including any other price Vodafone may offer for the same or similar goods and/or services from any shop or through any other facility operated by Vodafone or any party acting on behalf of Vodafone.
6. If you do not have a sufficient Bonus Bank Dollars Balance to exchange for a particular good or service made available by Vodafone, you may pay the difference between the exchange value for the good or service and your Bonus Bank Dollar Balance by paying the difference by an eligible Australian credit card or using such other payment method as may be advised by Vodafone from time to time. For example, if a handset has an exchange value of $400, and you have a Bonus Bank Dollars Balance of $200, you may purchase the handset by exchanging your entire Bonus Bank Dollars Balance and paying an amount of $200 by an eligible Australian credit card.
7. Bonus Bank Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or for any other purpose, unless otherwise authorised by Vodafone.
8. Vodafone may cancel your Bonus Bank at any time if Vodafone reasonably believes that you or any other person has engaged in fraudulent activities in relation to the recharge or use of your Vodafone Prepaid voice Product (or any feature of it).
1. If you withdraw from the Product or disconnect from the Vodafone network your Bonus Bank Dollars Balance will be forfeited, cannot be restored, and cannot be transferred to any other person.
