Vodafone stores

If you drop your device off at a Vodafone store, we'll send it to our Service Centre. When repaired they will return it to the same store for collection. This process usually takes about a week*.

What happens now?

Whether you drop your device off at a Vodafone store, wherever possible, we'll offer you a loan device to use during the repair. If so, the following procedure can be followed:

  1. Save your contacts to your SIM card, insert it into the loan phone and you can send and receive messages and calls as normal.
  2. We'll issue you a Repair Reference number to track the progress of your repair online or by phone.
  3. When your device is repaired, we'll send an SMS and an email to notify you that it is ready for collection.

If you can't receive SMS alerts, just call our Service Centre on 1300 55 11 99 or store to check on your device's status any time quoting your Repair Reference number.
