For booked-in repairs

If the problem can't be fixed this way, we have a dedicated team to support you once your device has been booked-in. Simply ensure you have your Repair Reference number handy and call our Service Centre team on 1300 55 11 99. They will be able to answer your questions about the status of your repair.
