24 hour customer care priority service for roamers
Whenever you dial +61 414 141 414 or the short code 1555* (from your mobile) whilst abroad at anytime of the day or night, you will be treated as a priority customer and will be forwarded to the top of the queue. This means your call will always be answered by one of our call centre staff and you will never have the inconvenience of hanging around waiting.
*1555 short code (dialled from your mobile) may not be available in all countries overseas. In the alternative, dial +61 414 141 414. Calling 1555 Vodafone Customer Care within Australia - free for all customers except those on Vodafone SIM only Caps and $29 Vodafone Cap Contract and some Closed Plans, where a flat fee of $2.50 is charged (excluding calls made by disadvantaged customers and enquiries relating to bills, charging and billing services). Coverage in most countries is generally of a high standard, however reception may be unavailable or interrupted due to terrain or handset quality. TXT and other services are not always available in every country.
