Qantas Plans
Available to Qantas Frequent Flyer (“QFF”) members who sign up or upgrade to a $50, $60 or $80 Red Global or 12 Month SIM Only Global Plan (“Eligible Plan”). Points are: $50 Red Global/12M SIM Only Global Plans: 4000 points plus bonus 4000 for online sign up; $60 Red Global/12M SIM Only Global Plans: 5000 points plus bonus 5000 for online sign up; $80 Red Global/12M SIM Only Global Plans: 7500 points plus bonus 7500 for online sign up. Qantas Points are subject to the QFF Terms and Conditions found at www.qantas.com/terms. QFF membership number must be provided to Vodafone in the applicable online form when signing up or within 60 days of sign-up or points will be forfeited. QFF membership name and Vodafone account holder name must match. Points will be credited within 30 days of form submission. Min monthly spend is $50, $60, $80 (for $50, $60, $80 plans respectively) plus any applicable device payments (note - you must purchase a device separately over 12, 24 or 36 month instalments in order to sign up to a Red Plan). Early Exit Fee = 50% of min monthly spend x months remaining on contract (for 12 month plans), as well as 100% of outstanding handset instalments (for all plans). Points will be earned once only during term. If plan is cancelled pursuant to the Vodafone Network Guarantee, members will no longer qualify for any points. $5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details at vodafone.com.au/roaming. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. $5 Roaming in NZ
Countries subject to change, see the current list at vodafone.com.au/roaming. $5 Roaming available to eligible customers for use in selected countries. $5 daily charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. $5 Daily Charge waived when roaming in New Zealand until 31/01/18 (unless extended). Customers who join or change to an eligible Plan will automatically be opted into $5 Roaming. All other eligible customers must choose to opt-in. One month unlimited data
Personal Use Only. Available until 30/07/2018 for new customers signing up to a 12 Month SIM Only Plan or a new Red Plan (excludes $10 Red Wearable Plan, Business Shared Infinite, Business Flex, Red Business Shared & Red Business Grow and upgrades). Not shareable between services. If you perform a Rate Plan Change during the unlimited data period, your eligibility ceases & additional data fees will apply. Fair Use Policy applies: see vodafone.com.au/fairuse. For the first billing month any additional data usage within Australia will be free.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Vodafone Shared
If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account, the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

International Minutes
Global Minutes to Eligible Countries. Selected Countries and Global Minute Eligible Countries may change, see vodafone.com.au/idd for list of current countries. Calls charged in pre minute increments. Customers will use Global Minute allocation first when calling Eligible Countries; once minute allowance depleted, further calls to Eligible Countries will be deducted from any remaining Standard International Minute allowance. If you exhaust your Standard International Minutes to Selected Countries allowance or Global Minutes to Eligible Countries allowance, or if you make a standard voice call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates - these rates are subject to change, see vodafone.com.au/idd for current rates.

Red Discount
available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Red Discounts are subject to continual change. Once purchased, your Red Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Red Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.
