This notice advises that the Standard Forms of Agreement for Vodafone Billing Services Pty Limited, Vodafone Pty Limited, Talkland Australia Retail Limited, Vodacall Pty Limited, Vodac Pty Limited, will varied. The effect of the variation will be that:

From 1 June 2001: Call charges for the Directory Assistance service and the Callscreen service and the Call Diversion to Vodafone, Fixedline Telephone or other network mobile within Australia will be adjusted. All calls to Directory Assistance (013, 011, 1223, 12455 and 0103) will be charged a flat fee of 77c per call. Calls to Callscreen will be charged a flat fee of 5.5 cents if the call duration is 10 seconds or less or a flat fee of 99c if the call duration is over 10 seconds. Call Diversion to Vodafone, Fixedline Telephone or other network mobile within Australia will be charged 7.7 cents for each 30 seconds or part thereof.

These call charge changes for Callscreen will not apply to corporate and government plans. Prices are GST inclusive.

The agreement has been further amended to include:

• Statements regarding calls to Vodafone customer call centre being recorded for quality assessment purposes; and

• Access fees and included calls being calculated on a pro-rata basis until the customer commences their first full billing cycle
