  • When something goes wrong
    • Your device should be delivered within approximately 3-5 business days, as your order has been approved and confirmed. Longer delivery time frames may apply to popular items.
    • Our courier, Australia Post, will deliver your package to your nominated address during business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Anyone at the nominated address can accept delivery, but they'll need to sign for the package.
    • If no one is at the designated address to take delivery, Australia Post will drop the parcel at a local Australia Post office. A calling card will be left with the post office address and time your parcel will be available to collect. You will then have 7 days to collect your parcel, if it is not collected within this time it will be returned to Vodafone.
