5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans.  The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite, Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first (which includes unlimited mobile data on the Ultra+ Plan); thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2 or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. On the Ultra+ Plan, once you have used 30GB Hotspot Max Speed Data, you can continue to use Hotspot data at speeds of up to 2Mbps. Tethering permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.

With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. Bonus data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
Bonus data available to approved customers signing up to a Vodafone Infinite Plan by 30 May 2022 (unless extended). Bonus data on select plans include: Bonus 70GB on $40 Lite Plan and $40 SIM Only Lite Plan; Bonus 90GB on the $45 Lite+ Plan and $45 SIM Only Lite+ Plan; Bonus 140GB on the $55 Super Plan and $55 SIM Only Super Plan; and Bonus 200GB on the $65 Super+ Plan and $65 SIM Only Super+ Plan. Bonus data available to customers signing up to a new or additional service, and handset upgrades (handset upgrades are available in all channels). On SIM Only Plans, Bonus data is only available for new/additional services. Bonus data will be applied monthly for the duration you remain continuously connected to the plan and is forfeited if you cancel or change plans. Not available to existing customers who rate plan change. Upgrades are unavailable on SIM Only plans. This offer can be used in conjunction with Bundle and Save but cannot be used with any other promotional offer. This Data is for use in Australia. Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans.

Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plans, Business Flex and BYOD Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018, Modem Plans of $20 and above released on or after July 2 2020. Excludes nbn™ Plans and 4G Home Internet Plans. Services with an Additional Service Discount are not eligible for Bundle & Save. 

Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted. 

The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. 3-months of Amazon Music Unlimited on us via Pay with Vodafone Offer Terms
Available for personal use only for approved new and existing Vodafone customers who sign up or upgrade to a Consumer Postpaid Voice Plan (both handset and SIM Only plans but excluding Cap plans) between 19.05.2021 and 23.08.2022 (unless extended) (‘Promotional Period’) and must redeem by 23.09.2022. Excludes all business plans, Postpaid Mobile Broadband Plans and Cap Plans. 3-month Amazon Music Unlimited membership on us (3- Month Amazon Music Unlimited Membership on Us) only. $5 Roaming

Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. For Vodafone Infinite Plan, BYOD, SIM Promo and Plus Plan customers, only Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data, Hotspot Data (available on Ultra+ Plans), or Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year.
