Incoming calls to the landline phone number of your business will be automatically directed to your Vodafone mobile. Once your landline number has been brought across to your Vodafone Mobile Account, your original landline service will be cancelled.

Bring your business landline number to Vodafone and sign up to a $45 and above Red, Red Plus, 12 month SIM Only or 12 month SIM Only Plus Plan and you'll receive incoming calls to your landline number on your Vodafone mobile phone for $0 for the length of your Mobile Payment Plan or for 12 months if you connect on a SIM Only plan. After this, Vodafone Mobile Landline will be charged at $5/mth.

How long does it take to set up Vodafone Mobile Landline?

It can take up to 11 business days for Vodafone Mobile Landline to be activated. In the meanwhile, you’ll be able to make and receive calls to your landline phone through your existing service.

How long will I receive Vodafone Mobile Landline for $0?

You will receive Vodafone Mobile Landline at $0 when you connect before 25th September 2019. This service will remain at $0 for the length of your Mobile Payment plan or for 12 months if you connect on a SIM Only plan. After that, Vodafone Mobile Landline will be charged at $5/mth unless disconnected.

Can I make a call from my landline phone number?

No, you can’t make calls from your landline phone number. You can only receive calls that are made to your landline phone number.

When you make a call, the person you’re calling will see your Vodafone mobile number. You’ll be charged at the rate set out in your Vodafone mobile plan details. Currently, all of our mobile phone plans come with unlimited standard national calls. Check your Vodafone mobile plan details for more information.

With Vodafone Mobile Landline, can I redirect calls to a mobile number with another provider?

No, calls to your landline phone number can only be redirected to a Vodafone mobile number. You’ll need to be on a postpaid Vodafone mobile plan.

Can I get a new landline phone number with Vodafone Mobile Landline?

No, Vodafone Mobile landline is only available for your current landline phone number that you bring across from another provider.

If I cancel my Vodafone mobile plan, what happens to my Vodafone Mobile Landline service?

If you cancel your Vodafone mobile plan, your Vodafone Mobile Landline service will also be cancelled. We’ll get in touch to discuss what you’d like to do with your landline number before it gets disconnected.

What happens if my landline service is bundled with ADSL with another provider?

First check with your current provider before connecting with Vodafone Mobile Landline on a phone service.

Vodafone Mobile Landline Add-On (‘VML’) Offer
Monthly Vodafone Mobile Landline Add-On (‘VML’) fee of $5 waived (‘Offer’) for customers (i) who sign-up or upgrade to a $45 and above Red Plan, $45 and above SIM Only 12 Month Plan, $45 and above Red Plus Plan, or $45 and above SIM Only Plus 12 Month Plan (‘Eligible Plans’), (ii) have an ABN and have less than 10 Vodafone connections, and (iii) who opt-in to VML in their first month of connection. VML waived for as long as you remain connected to your chosen Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) period (for Red Plans or Red Plus Plans), or for 12 months (for SIM Only 12 Month Plans or SIM Only 12 Month Plus Plans) (‘Discount Term’). At the end of the Discount Term, min monthly spend for VML is $5 plus applicable min monthly spend on Eligible Plan. Forfeited if you cancel. Excludes Business Flex and Business Advance plans. This Product is not available to customers who have a bundled internet and home phone line service. This Add-on does not come with a separate call allowance, it simply allows you to retain your existing Fixed Voice (business/home phone) Number service (‘FVN’) and supports unlimited incoming calls redirected to a Postpaid Voice service on the same account. You will be unable to make outgoing calls using your FVN as all calls will be using your mobile device via the Vodafone Network. You will be charged for making outgoing calls from your mobile at the rate set out in your Voice Plan details. Only your FVN (business/home phone number) will be ported to Vodafone. Porting may result in loss of any services dependent on using the fixed voice service associated with that FVN (business/home phone number) including broadband, line sharing services, redirection or call waiting. Please check with your existing provider about these additional services and whether you will be required to pay any costs upon your number being transferred. If your eligible voice plan is cancelled, this Add-on will also automatically cancel, and you will lose access to your FVN. Min monthly spend is prorated when Add-on is purchased or cancelled part way through the billing month for your eligible voice plan. For Plus Plan and Advance Plan customers, only Your Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming.
