Contact our Business sales team or your Personal Account Manager who’ll provide you with the Vodafone Business device list. Generally, the device cost will be the RRP.

24 month Business Flex Plans
Inclusions are monthly. Not for commercial or resale purposes. Approved customers with an ABN/ACN only. Minimum monthly spend is per table above plus any applicable device payment. Early exit fee: 50% of Minimum monthly spend x months left on contract. Services subject to device capabilities, network limitations & customer location.

Data
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. “Your Max Speed” data will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies.

$5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. For Vodafone Infinite Plan and Plus Plan customers, only Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data or Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.

$5 Business Flex Mobile Broadband SIM Only Month to Month Plans
1 month expiry. Available to approved Business Flex customers only. Minimum monthly spend is $5. Recurring monthly access fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify Vodafone you wish to discontinue the service. Plan grants access to use the available Business Flex shared data pool only (including Data Add-Ons, if applicable) – all non-data usage is excluded and will be charged on top of your plan. Shared Data is only accessible within Australia and only on a compatible tablet or Mobile Broadband device. Once shared data pool is exhausted, additional data usage rate is $0.0098/MB within Australia, charged per 1KB. If all Business Flex 24 Month Plans on your account are cancelled, any $5 Business Flex Mobile Broadband SIM Only month to month plans will also automatically be cancelled. Mobile Broadband/tablet device not included - you must bring your own or purchase one from us.

24 month Mobile Broadband Plans
Available to approved Business Flex customers only. Minimum monthly spend is $15, $30, $80 (for the $15, $30, $80 plans respectively) plus any device costs. Early exit fee = 50% of Min monthly spend plus any applicable device payment x months left on contract. Any charges for additional or excluded services will still apply. Mobile Broadband Plans shared with any Business Flex Plans are able to access combined data pool (including Data Add-Ons, if applicable). Once shared data pool is exhausted, additional data usage rate is $0.0098/MB within Australia, charged per 1KB. Included data only for use in Australia on Vodafone’s network.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to consumer postpaid customers and business postpaid customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. This guarantee does not affect any other rights or remedies you may have under consumer law. Full terms and conditions on our network page.

Broadband service
You can use Vodafone 4G in our 4G areas. 4G in selected areas in Australia. You get broadband speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. International minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see our international calls page for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. Excludes non-standard calls and video calls. If you exhaust your Zone 1 or 2 allowance, or if you make a call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates- these rates are subject to change, see our international calls support page for current rates. Fair Use Policy applies.

Bonus Data on Business Flex with Tech Fund Plans
Business customers must have an ABN/ACN. Available to approved new or upgrading customers (excludes rate plan change) who sign-up or upgrade to a Vodafone $80 (10GB bonus), $100 (20GB bonus) and $130 (20GB bonus) Business Flex with Tech Fund plans (24 or 36 months). Bonus data applied for as long as you remain continuously connected and forfeited if you cancel. Min monthly spend is $80, $100, $130 ($80, $100, $130 plans respectively) plus any applicable device payments. One month expiry for all inclusions. Early Exit Fee is 50% of minimum monthly spend plus any applicable device cost x months left on contract. Services subject to device capabilities, network limitations & customer location. Offer not transferrable or redeemable for cash and subject to change. Not for commercial or resale purposes.

Bonus Data on Business Flex SIM Only Plans
Business customers must have an ABN/ACN. 5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth.
5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone postpaid or prepaid mobile plan with 5G access, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G or 3G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion.
