Once you've used your Max Speed data allowance, you can continue to use data at speeds of up to 2Mbps or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited Max Speed Data plans come with unlimited Max Speed data.
Max Speed
Max Speed is the fastest speed that our network can deliver to your phone at the time and place you’re using data. You can share Max Speed data with other Business First Plans. Unlimited Max Speed Data Plans are not eligible for data sharing.
Here’s what you can do at speeds of 2Mbps or 10Mbps. However, these are “up to” speeds - therefore your experience will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion and network coverage. 2Mbps is great for browsing, social media and streaming music but is not suitable for HD video. 10Mbps is great for high definition video and video calling, but uploading large files to the web may be slow.

How does the Tech Fund work?
Our 24 or 36 month Business First Tech Fund Plans come with a device credit to get selected devices from Vodafone at any time throughout your contract. The Tech Fund value (device credit) will depend on which plan you sign up to. When you sign up to multiple Business First Plans, the Tech Fund amounts are pooled together as a single amount on your business account with Vodafone.
Business First Tech Fund Plans allow you to choose when you upgrade your devices - upfront, some now and some later, or you can pool your device credits and upgrade devices when the time is right for you, during the life of your minimum contract term.
You can use the credit at any time during your minimum contract term for purchases of mobile phones, tablets and mobile broadband devices that you can see in the SwiftServe customer portal or by speaking to your Account Manager. If the purchase price for products that you order is greater than the handset credit remaining on your account, you must pay the difference upfront (i.e. you can’t pay the difference with a mobile payment plan).
When you order multiple plans, the eligible device credits are pooled into a single device fund on your Business First account.
Our 24- or 36-month Business First Tech Fund Plans come with a device credit to use towards purchasing selected devices from Vodafone Business at any time throughout the minimum term of your contract. Contact our business sales team or your Personal Account Manager who will provide you with the Vodafone Business device list for your account. Generally, the device cost will be the RRP.
Once your Tech Fund pool is depleted, you can then purchase devices using outright payment.
Your device credit is valid throughout the minimum contract term for that service. If your service is cancelled for any reason, any unused credit associated with that service will be forfeited (and all unused device credits are forfeited if your account is cancelled).
No. The device credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account or used for bill payments.
