Vodafone Business customers with 10+ connections can trade-in old mobile phones and tablets for credit to be applied towards your account. Your old devices can be traded-in at any time after you’ve paid your first invoice and before the last six months of your contract period. The trade-in credit you receive will vary depending on the model, capacity and condition of each device.

To receive the full trade-in value for the mobile phones or tablets you’re trading in, it’s important that they’re in Good Working Order. A device that’s not in Good Working Order may receive a lower trade-in value or have no trade-in value at all.

Contact your Personal Account Manager
Your Account Manager will send you a form to fill out with information about the devices you’re trading in. From this form, Asurion will provide a quote of your trade-in value.
Prepare your trade-in devices
If you wish to proceed with the trade-in, your Account Manager will let Asurion know. Back up/transfer any important data on your phone. Remove any SIM cards, cases, memory cards or activation locks, then perform a factory reset.
Asurion will pick up your devices
You’ll receive packaging instructions and materials and Asurion will arrange for a pick up service to collect your devices. Once Asurion has received the devices, they’ll assess and confirm their trade-in value.
Receive your trade-in credit
Your Account Manager will confirm the trade-in value with you, and if you’re happy with the quote, the trade-in credit will be applied to your Vodafone account.

You’ll be able to trade-in your eligible devices in-store or via Customer Care for credit towards your bill or new mobile phone.
No, any accessories (including device chargers) do not need to be returned with your trade-in devices.
Your trade-in credit will be applied as a single sum to your Vodafone postpaid billing account within 60 days (provided you have paid your first bill).

The original quote of your devices’ trade-in value is only Asurion’s estimate (based on the device model, capacity, condition and other factors). Once Asurion has received the devices and can complete a more thorough assessment, they’ll be able to provide a more accurate quote.
Asurion is Vodafone’s exclusive Trade-in partner. When you trade-in your eligible devices, ownership will be transferred over to Asurion. Vodafone acts as Asurion's agent to facilitate the device Trade-In program.
