Can I bring my number across to Vodafone?
Yes, bringing your number is super easy. Once you’ve signed up to a plan, give us a call so that we can bring your current number across to us.
How will my discounts be applied?
Your RRP discount is automatically applied upfront to reduce your monthly handset repayment cost. Your discount on monthly plan fees will be added as a credit on your bill as long as you stay connected.
Is the phone RRP discount available on other plans?
Yes. You’ll get a discount off your chosen phone’s RRP when you sign up to any of our Infinite Plans. Your RRP discount is automatically applied upfront to reduce your monthly handset repayment cost.
Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $120 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite or Plus Plans on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available for up to 5 services. The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite Plan or Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2, 10 or 25mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. Tethering permitted to personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Uploading large files to the web may be slow. 25Mbps is for great video streaming and for using cloud storage, but uploading very large files may be slow.For more information, check out our speed guide. Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone postpaid or prepaid mobile plan with 5G access, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G or 3G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Device Discount terms
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period (12/24/36 months), with an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan. Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your Plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Device Discount may vary dependent on the device chosen and the chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months) and applies as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. After your device repayment period has ended, your Device Discount will also end but monthly plan costs will remain.
