How does endless data work?

Endless data kicks in once you’ve used up Your Max Speed data. With 1.5Mbps you can stream music and standard definition video, make a video call, browse the internet and catch up on social media. However, content may be slower to load and is not suitable for high definition video or high speed applications. For more information of what you can do at 1.5Mbps, check out our speed guide.

Can I bring my number across to Vodafone?

Yes. Once you’ve signed up to a plan, give us a call so that we can bring your current number across to us.

How will my discounts be applied?

Your RRP discount is automatically applied upfront to reduce your monthly handset repayment cost. Your discount on monthly plan fees will be as a credit on your monthly bill for your first 12 months.

Is the phone RRP discount available on other plans?

Yes. You’ll get a discount off your chosen phone’s RRP when you sign up to any Red or Red Plus Plan. Your RRP discount is automatically applied upfront to reduce your monthly handset repayment cost.

Red Plus plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data. Red Plus Month to Month Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data while roaming and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $35, $40, $45, $50, $60 and $80 respectively plus handset costs. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Red Plus Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. All data for use within Vodafone network coverage areas. Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Reduced Monthly Device Price
The Reduced Monthly Device Price is available when you sign up to or upgrade to a Red or Red Plus plan and add an MPP over 12, 24 or 36 months. The Reduced Monthly Device Price is not a permanent offer and is subject to continual change. The Reduced Monthly Device Price will continue to be charged for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, the price will be charged each month for 24 months). If you cancel your plan, the remaining repayments will be charged out at the Reduced Monthly Device Price rate times months remaining as a lump sum on your final bill. Total min cost is the Reduced Monthly Device Price over your chosen MPP term plus one of your month plan fees.
