Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.
Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans. The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite, Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
3 Month Vodafone Infinite Plan Discount
For personal use only. 50% discount on plan fees for the first 3 months (‘Discount Term’) available to new and existing customers (‘Eligible Customers) who purchase any device on a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) and sign up and stay connected to an Eligible Plan over 12, 24 or 36 month between 17 September 2021 and 28 October 2021, unless extended (‘Offer’).
Eligible Plans are $40 Lite Plan, $45 Lite+ Plan, $55 Super Plan and $65 Super+ Plan. Total min spend for the first 3 months is $20 ($40 Lite Plan), $22.5 ($45 Lite+ Plan) $27.5($55 Super Plan) or $32.5 ($65 Super+ Plan). Minimum monthly spend and total minimum cost after first 3 months is $40, $45, $55 or $65 consecutively.
Discount is applied during MPP months while you remain continuously connected to your plan. Discount is applied during the Discount Term as a recurring monthly credit and on plan fees only. At the end of the Discount Term, minimum monthly spend is the undiscounted monthly plan fees plus any applicable device repayment. Only available online only, excludes CARE and Retail channels. This offer can be used in conjunction with Bonus Data Offer but cannot be used with any other promotional offer. Excludes Rate Plan Change, All SIM Only Plans and the $85 Ultra+ Plan. Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first (which includes unlimited mobile data on the Ultra+ Plan); thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2 or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. On the Ultra+ Plan, once you have used 30GB Hotspot Max Speed Data, you can continue to use Hotspot data at speeds of up to 2Mbps. Tethering permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.
With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans.
Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plans, Business Flex and BYOD Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018, Modem Plans of $20 and above released on or after July 2 2020. Excludes nbn™ Plans and 4G Home Wireless Broadband Plans. Services with an Additional Service Discount are not eligible for Bundle & Save.
Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.
The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to consumer postpaid customers and business postpaid customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan (excluding BYOD Plans) and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Bonus data available to approved customers signing up to a Vodafone Infinite Plan before 03 November 2021 (unless extended). Max Speed and infinite data explained
Once you've used your Max Speed data, you can use infinite data at speeds of up to 2Mbps or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan. Alternatively, our Ultra+ Plan comes with unlimited Max Speed data.
Max Speed is the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your phone at the time and place you're using data. You can share Max Speed data with other Vodafone Infinite, Vodafone BYOD (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Plus and Team Plans.

The Bundle & Save discount may replace any existing discounts you currently have on eligible plans.
Changing or upgrading
If you have several plans with us, when you change or upgrade your plans so that they’re all eligible, you’ll receive a Bundle & Save discount on all eligible plans on your account.
Adding another plan
If you’re on an eligible plan and you add another eligible phone, tablet or modem plan to your account, you’ll receive a Bundle & Save discount on both plans.
If you already have 2 or more eligible plans
If you’re already on 2 or more eligible plans, you’ll automatically receive a Bundle & Save discount on all eligible plans.
