Vodafone delivers choice in 4G with HTC M8s and Microsoft Lumia

Budget friendly options mean easier access to 4G

Vodafone today announced it is bringing consumers greater choice in 4G smartphones with the launch of the HTC One M8s, Microsoft Lumia 640XL and Microsoft Lumia 640.

All three smartphones offer customers a high quality experience without the premium price tag, and are compatible with Vodafone’s 4G network, which now covers 96% of Australia’s metropolitan population.

Vodafone Director of Sales, Ben McIntosh, said the company was committed to expanding its 4G device range to bring consumers more choice and value.

“The last year has seen many 4G smartphones released at the high-end of the market. The entry of the HTC One M8s and Microsoft Lumia range is great news for consumers as it means greater choice and more affordable smartphone options,” said Mr McIntosh.

Mr McIntosh said that consumers don’t need to spend big to have a great smartphone experience.

“The common thread with the HTC One M8s and Microsoft Lumia range is that they offer consumers a premium smartphone experience. Whether customers want a fantastic camera, a vibrant screen to watch movies or great quality sound for streaming music, customers can count on all the trimmings without the high-end price,” said Mr McIntosh.
