Google's new Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones are now up for grabs at Vodafone
5 October 2023 – The highly-anticipated Google Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel 8 smartphones have landed at Vodafone, available for pre-order today in store, online and via Customer Care.
To celebrate the launch of the new Pixel 8 smartphones, Vodafone is bundling great trade-in offers and a bonus G-Store voucher with its award-winning plans, giving customers great value on the new devices.
Vodafone plans and offers
To help Aussies save on the purchase of their new Pixel 8 Pro or Pixel 8, Vodafone is offering customers a bonus $350 of trade-in credit for the Pixel 8 Pro, and a bonus $250 of trade-in credit for the Pixel 8. This means customers could save up to $875, which includes the $350 trade-in credit when they purchase a new Google Pixel 8 Pro, trade-in a Google Pixel 7 Pro 512GB in good working order, and stay connected to a Vodafone plan over 12, 24 or 36 months.
Vodafone customers will also receive $250 of G-Store credit when pre-ordering a Pixel 8 Pro on a Vodafone plan. Customers who choose to pre-order a Pixel 8 on a Vodafone plan will get $150 of G-Store credit.
Vodafone customers can pre-order the Pixel 8 (128GB) with 40GB/month for just $78.30 a month (device cost + plan fees included) over 36 months on the Small Vodafone Plan (total min cost $1243.80). For those after Google’s most advanced phone yet, the Pixel 8 Pro (128GB) can be purchased for $92.19 a month (device cost + plan fees included) with 40GB/month over 36 months on the Small Vodafone Plan (total min cost $1743.84).
The devices
The Pixel 8 is powered by the Google Tensor G3, Google’s most powerful chip yet, and it’s been built with AI at the centre for a more helpful and personal experience. The Pixel 8 also has amazing battery life and the advanced 50 MP Pixel camera. Starting at $1199, this device comes in Rose, Hazel and Obsidian colourways, has a 6.2” OLED display and is made of at least 18% recycled materials.
The Google Pixel 8 Pro is Google’s all-pro phone, that also uses the Google Tensor G3 chip for cutting edge photo and video features, a super-dependable battery that can last over 24 hours and a pro-level, triple Pixel camera. This device starts at $1699, comes in Porcelain, Obsidian and Bay colourways and sports a 6.7” LTPO OLED display, which is the Pixel’s brightest display yet.
