$5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details at vodafone.com.au/roaming. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. For Plus Plan customers, only Your Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. Once exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $10/GB (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Excludes rate plan change and Business Flex Mobile Broadband Plans. Discount is applied for the duration of your MPP payment term (for Red Mobile Broadband Plans), months 1 – 12 (for SIM Only plans) (‘Discount Term’) and is applied as a recurring monthly credit.
