To access My Vodafone through a web browser, you must first set up a username and password through our registration process before logging in.
We’re in the process of rolling out our helpful chatbot, Tobi. Tobi will be able to help by directing you to the most appropriate page for your enquiry.
Tobi is currently only available to customers with one plan on their account, but will be available to all customers at a later date. To chat with Tobi, make sure you have the latest version of the My Vodafone app and either click the ‘need help’ bubble or select ‘chat with us’ from the app menu.
