What can I use My Vodafone for?

With My Vodafone,  you can view and pay your bills, recharge your prepaid service, check your account balance and usage history, buy add-ons, update your account settings, and more.

How do I download the My Vodafone app?

You can download the app through Google Play Store for Android devices and App Store for iOS devices.

How do I access My Vodafone through a web browser?

You can access My Vodafone on other devices through a web browser. We updated My Vodafone web on 8 February 2026, so if you haven’t already set up your new login, you won’t be able to log in until this is done.

What do I do if I'm having issues accessing My Vodafone?

What if I need help navigating the My Vodafone app?

Can I use My Vodafone if I’m on a Business Flex or corporate account?

No. Business Flex and corporate account customers are unable to use My Vodafone. If you’d like information around your service, please contact your Account Manager.
