Our Cap Plans put you in control of your bill. You’ll get data capped, so you’ll never go over your data allowance. And you can always stay connected to loved ones with unlimited standard national calls and texts. You don’t have access to any other services or additional data – they are barred.
You could choose a month to month, no lock-in contract with a new phone on an interest free repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months. If your Red Plan is cancelled, you will need to pay off your phone on your next bill. T&C apply.
Red Cap Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. Minimum monthly spend is $40 ($40 Cap Red Plan) and $50 ($50 Cap Red Plan). Cap Red Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from us under a Mobile Payment Plan (“MPP”) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration. On this plan, you can only use a set amount of data in Oz, make standard national calls and send standard national & international TXT. All other services (including international calls, Premium Services, 1223 &1225 directory services, 123 Ask-us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and call) will be barred. Once data inclusion is used, access to mobile data will be cut off entirely until your next billing cycle (you may continue making standard calls and text within Australia. To use the internet, you’ll need to connect to WiFi). Data included in these plans is not shareable with any other plan on your account and vice versa. Min 1 month connection. Inclusions expire after 1 month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. There are no Early Exit Fees on Cap Red Plans but if you cancel, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of your remaining installments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. Services subject to capabilities, network limitations & customer location.
Strategic Device Discount terms
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period (12/24/36 months), with an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan. Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your Plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Device Discount may vary dependant on the device chosen and the chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months) and applies as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. After your device repayment period has ended, your Device Discount will also end but monthly plan costs will remain.
Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans and upgrade or change one of those Eligible Plan to access the Bundle and Save discounts.
Eligible Plans are: All voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018, and $20 and above all Modem plans released on or after July 2 2020; and all nbn™ Plans. Excludes Business Flex. Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.
The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining.
