Qantas Points for Consumers
Personal use only. Bonus Qantas Frequent Flyer (“QFF”) available to QFF members who sign up or upgrade to a $60 Red or 12 Month SIM Only Plan, or $60 and $80 Red Plus or 12 Month SIM Only Plus Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). Month to Month Red Plus Plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data.

Red Plus Month to Month Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan ("MPP") of 12, 24 or 36 months duration ('Commitment Period'). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data while roaming and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $60, $80 (for $60, $80 plans respectively). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Red Plus Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.

All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. 'Your Max Speed' data will be used first; thereafter, data is available at Streaming Speed up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies. See our Fair Use Policy for details. Data inclusion is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once Your Max Speed data is used, $10/GB charge applies.

SIM Only Plus Plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data.

For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $60, $80 (for $60, $80 plans respectively). Early Exit Fee: 50% of min month spend x months left on contract. After 12 month term is exhausted, voice plans will continue on month to month terms until such time as you notify that you wish to cancel.

All data for use in Australia on the Vodafone Network. 'Your Max Speed' data will be used first; thereafter, data is available within Vodafone network coverage areas at Streaming Speed up to 1.5MBPs until your next billing month. Sharing for Red Plus Plans
If you have more than one Vodafone Red Plus Plan on your billing account, the Your Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Red Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Red Plans

The Loyalty Discount listed above is available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Loyalty Discounts are subject to continual change. Once purchased, your Loyalty Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Loyalty Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.

In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/GB ($0.01/MB). Any unused Additional Data will be rolled over for one billing month. After this it will expire. Included Data does not rollover. Sharing for Red Plans and non-SIM Only Plus Plans
If you have more than one plan that supports sharing on your billing account (excluding Vodafone Red Plus Plans), the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans. The data included in any plan on your account which is a Vodafone Red Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa.

Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans and upgrade or change one of those Eligible Plan to access the Bundle and Save discounts.

Eligible Plans are: All voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plan, Business Flex and Business Advance Plans); All MBB Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 26 2018; and all nbn™ Plans (excluding the Essential nbn™ Plan). Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.

The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. International Minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see our international callspage for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. If you exhaust your Zone 1 or 2 allowance, or if you make a standard voice call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates- these rates are subject to change, see our international calls support page for current rates.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded.
