How is infinite data different from endless data?

On Vodafone Infinite Plans, you can use infinite data at speeds of up to 2Mbps, 10Mbps or 25Mbps once your Max Speed data has been used up. You’ll get infinite data at different speed tiers depending on your chosen plan.

On all Plus Plans, you get endless data at speeds of 1.5Mbps once your Max Speed data has been used up.

Can I bring my current number across to Vodafone?

Yes. Once you’ve signed up to a plan, give us a call so that we can bring your current number across to us.

Can I save if I have multiple plans under one account?

Yes. You can bundle eligible plans under one account and save from 5% to 20% on plan fees. T&C apply.

Can I share data from my Vodafone Infinite Plans with other Vodafone plans?

Yes. You can share Max Speed data between a total of 5 Vodafone Infinite and Plus Plans under one account.

For all other plans, you can share the data of up to 10 eligible plans on your account. This includes a maximum of 5 eligible voice plans, such as SIM Only Plans or Red Plans with a phone. Data is for use in Australia. T&C apply.

Vodafone Infinite SIM Only Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.
Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $120 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel.
If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite or Plus Plans on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available for up to 5 services. The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite Plan or Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.
Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $120 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Data
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2, 10 or 25mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. Tethering permitted to personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.
With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Uploading large files to the web may be slow. 25Mbps is for great video streaming and for using cloud storage, but uploading very large files may be slow.For more information, check out our speed guide. Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans.

Eligible Plans are: All voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018, Modem Plans of $20 and above released on or after July 2 2020; nbn™ Plans of $65 and above; and all Home Wireless Plans. Excludes Business Flex. Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.

The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone postpaid or prepaid mobile plan with 5G access, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G or 3G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. For Vodafone Infinite Plan and Plus Plan customers, only Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data or Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Device Discount terms
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period (12/24/36 months), with an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan. Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your Plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Device Discount may vary dependant on the device chosen and the chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months) and applies as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. After your device repayment period has ended, your Device Discount will also end but monthly plan costs will remain.

Reduced Monthly Device Price
The Reduced Monthly Device Price is available when you sign up to or upgrade to a Vodafone Infinite plan and add an MPP over 12, 24 or 36 months. The Reduced Monthly Device Price is not a permanent offer and is subject to continual change. The Reduced Monthly Device Price will continue to be charged for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, the price will be charged each month for 24 months). If you cancel your plan, the remaining repayments will be charged out at the Reduced Monthly Device Price rate times months remaining as a lump sum on your final bill. Total min cost is the Reduced Monthly Device Price over your chosen MPP term plus one of your month plan fees.
