Month to Month Unlimited Plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data.

Unlimited Month to Month Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data while roaming and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $60, $80, $100 (for $60, $80, $100 plans respectively). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Unlimited Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.

All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. “Your Max Speed” data will be used first; thereafter, unlimited data is available at Streaming Speed up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Sharing for Unlimited Plans
If you have more than one Vodafone Unlimited Plan on your billing account, the Your Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Unlimited Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Red Plans
Red Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). The Loyalty Discount listed above is available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Loyalty Discounts are subject to continual change. Once purchased, your Loyalty Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Loyalty Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.

In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/GB ($0.01/MB). Any unused Additional Data will be rolled over for one billing month. After this it will expire. Included Data does not rollover. Sharing for Red Plans and non-Unlimited SIM Only Plans
If you have more than one plan that supports sharing on your billing account (excluding Vodafone Unlimited Plans), the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans. The data included in any plan on your account which is a Vodafone Unlimited Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa.

Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

International Minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see our international calls page for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. If you exhaust your Zone 1 or 2 allowance, or if you make a standard voice call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates- these rates are subject to change, see our international calls support page for current rates.

Qantas Points
Qantas Points are subject to the QFF Terms and Conditions found at this page here. QFF membership number must be provided to Vodafone in the applicable online form when signing up or within 60 days of sign-up or points will be forfeited. QFF membership name and Vodafone account holder name must match. Points will be credited within 30 days of form submission.  Points will be earned once only during term.  If plan is cancelled pursuant to the Vodafone Network Guarantee, members will no longer qualify for any points.  Points are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.  Full terms are available here.

$5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details at our international global roaming page. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. For Unlimited Plan customers, only Your Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. Once exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $10/GB (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Bonus 5GB Starter Data
Personal use only. 5GB bonus data available until 17/10/2018 for new and upgrading customers signing up to a Red Plan, 12 Month SIM Only Plan or 24 month Red Business Plan (excludes $10 Red Wearable Plan, Business Flex & rate plan changes) (‘Starter Data’).
