In the age of instant gratification, the world is moving forward at such a rapid pace that personalised service can be hard to come by. The process of researching before making a big purchase (like a device or phone contract) can be time consuming and involve a number of different channels, which is why having a Personal Account Manager would be so helpful and will make your life easier.
This is particularly handy in the case of small business owners – time is precious, and the last thing you should have to worry about is fixing issues with your phone plan. At Vodafone, we believe every small business should be treated like a VIB, so we’re committed to offering our business customers, with 10 or more connections, access to their own Personal Account Manager with ReadySupport1. With ReadySupport, you can get priority help from our Australian call centre when you call 1555 from your mobile.
Here are three reasons why you should be taking advantage of personalised service to ensure your small business is getting the most value out of your phone plans:
1. Find the best solution when business circumstances change
You may require more from your plans as your needs change. Think about how the addition of new employees, changes in device usage and increasing travel can affect your business plan. Your Personal Account Manager is there to help you find a solution that best suits your business – like ensuring you’re on a plan with sufficient data inclusions and international calls. You can pick up the phone whenever you need someone to speak to and they’ll be there to help.
2. Discover new products that suit you
Your Personal Account Manager will take the hassle out of researching and introduce you to new products that are right for you and your business. They understand business needs and can offer new products that give you better value for money. For instance, perhaps you’re travelling to a country that was recently added to our $5 Roaming2 service – you can use your plan like you would in Australia and reduce bill shock. Or maybe your business needs help accepting credit card payments, and might be interested in our Square bundling offer3
3. Get instant support when you need it
When things go wrong, we’re here to help. It’s so much easier to talk to someone and sort things out – this is the main benefit of a personalised service and having a human touch. You can pick up the phone at any time, and talk to your Personal Account Manager if there are any issues with your plan.
