Financial hardship can happen for many reasons including loss of income, sudden illness or injury, loss of a family member or family violence. It can affect your financial situation for a short while, or you may need assistance for longer. If your ability to make a payment has been impacted, please let us know. It’s best to apply for financial hardship right away, so we can help you sooner.
How do I apply for financial hardship?
You can apply for financial hardship with our form below. Otherwise, call our customer solutions team on 1300 650 405 or 1527 from your Vodafone mobile. They’re available from 8am–8pm AEST every day.
To help us assess your application, we’ll need:
Your Vodafone account number
Reason for financial hardship
Sometimes, we may also require supporting documentation. If this is the case, we’ll let you know. You can send these by emai Financial.Hardship@vodafone.com.au or by post to PO Box 1113, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
We’ll be in touch with the outcome of your application within 7 working days of receiving all required information. If your application is approved, our customer solutions team will work with you to set up a Financial Hardship Arrangement.
There’s no charge for making an application or entering into any Financial Hardship Arrangement.
